Monthly Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is run by Studio386 (the “Sponsor”), a small independent shop based in California, USA. Contact: hello@studio386.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway runs in monthly cycles. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that same month. Entries are counted in the month they are received.

4. How to Enter

You can enter using any of the methods below:

  • Leave a review (main entry). Submit an honest product review through our reviews provider (Judge.me) for any Studio386 product during the entry period. Every honest review counts as one (1) entry, regardless of star rating. A positive review is never required, does not increase your odds, and we never condition entry, eligibility, or prizes on the rating or content of a review.
  • Share for a bonus entry. Share your personal Studio386 referral link during the entry period to earn one (1) additional entry. Bonus entries are tracked automatically through our referral system — no screenshots or proof of posting required.
  • Free alternate method of entry (no purchase or review required). Email hello@studio386.com during the entry period with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and include your full name. This earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) alternate entry per person per month.

Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes violates these rules.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per monthly entry period will receive their choice of any single Studio386 product with a retail value up to forty-five U.S. dollars ($45.00 USD). The Sponsor will cover applicable sales tax and standard U.S. shipping on the prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $45.00, plus shipping and tax. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. If the selected item is unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per winner per month.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the end of each entry period. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time, is ineligible, or declines, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

8. Honest Reviews

We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on reviews. Reviews are never required to be positive. We do not edit, gate, or condition entries, prizes, or eligibility on the sentiment, rating, or content of any review. All honest reviews — one star to five — count equally.

9. Privacy

Information you provide is used only to administer this giveaway and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

10. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the fair operation of the promotion. Void where prohibited.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Judge.me, Klaviyo, Meta / Instagram, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.
