Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We're a small, independent California shop, and every order is made to order just for you. We want you happy with what shows up — here's how we handle it when something's off. We aim to be flexible and reasonable: if your situation isn't covered below, email us and we'll work it out.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right — and you don't need to send anything back. Email returns@studio386.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. If the item's out of stock, we'll offer store credit or a refund — your choice.
Changed your mind?
Because everything is printed on demand, we can't restock returns — so for a change-of-mind return, we won't ask you to ship the item back. Within 14 days of delivery, email returns@studio386.com with your order number and we'll take care of it, usually as store credit toward something you'll love more. Keep, donate, or gift the original — your call. Items should be unworn and unwashed, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or a different design? We've got you — and an exchange won't cost you any extra shipping. Email returns@studio386.com within 14 days with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll send the new item out. No need to return the original.
Final sale
A few things can't be returned or exchanged: stickers, decals, and bumper stickers; pins and button packs; gift cards; and anything marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
How refunds work
When we issue a refund (rather than store credit or a replacement), it goes back to your original payment method, minus any original shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Store credit never expires.
A note on flexibility
These are general guidelines, not fine print to hide behind. We're real people running a small shop, and we'll always try to do right by you. If your situation isn't covered here, just reach out and we'll find a fair fix.
European Union customers
If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in line with EU consumer law. Email returns@studio386.com first and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping for EU returns is the customer's responsibility.
