Shipping Policy

Made to order — here's what that means

Every studio386 product is made to order. We don't stack boxes in a warehouse — when you place an order, production starts. Delivery takes a little longer than the mega-retailers, but it means less waste, more intention, and a product made specifically for you.

Processing times

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Some items — flags especially — can take 7–10 business days depending on the design and current demand. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery runs 3–7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 1–2 weeks (about 7–14 business days). These are estimates, not guarantees — actual times vary by location, carrier conditions, and factors outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. A few things to know:

  • International delivery can take 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges.
  • We're not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance.
  • Tracking visibility can be limited once a package leaves the U.S.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking — you'll get an email with your number once it ships. Haven't seen a tracking email within 10 business days? Email hello@studio386.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking says "delivered" but it's not there:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery spot.
  2. Give it 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  4. Still stuck? Email hello@studio386.com and we'll help you sort it out.

We can't be liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we'll always do our best to help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before you order — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Catch a mistake? Email hello@studio386.com right away; if production hasn't started, we can usually update it.
